Capture every memory, together
About project
Snaply is a shared event memory platform. Guests scan a QR code and upload their photos straight into one live album — no app to install, no chasing people for pictures afterwards. The host gets a single dashboard for the whole event: guest list and RSVPs, seating, gallery and slideshow, guestbook, gift list and song requests. Built for weddings first, structured to extend to any celebration.

Project overview
Why does every event end with photos scattered across a dozen phones? Research mapped the gap between social platforms — too public, too permanent — and shared drives nobody opens. That gap set the positioning, and the positioning set the name and identity: quick, light, the opposite of admin. Flows came before pixels, and the UI was built out module by module on top of that structure.

What I did
I ran the market research and positioning, then named and branded the product. I mapped both sides of the experience — a guest journey that works in seconds from a scanned code, and a host dashboard covering RSVPs, seating, gallery, guestbook, gifts and song requests. Then I designed the full UI, from the marketing pages to every dashboard module and the modal system behind them.
